Working in partnership with trade unions framework and agreement
This template provides a framework and agreement for Integrated Care Board (ICB) trade union partnership forums.
In the Principles for ICB partnership machinery with recognised trade unions, the Transition Partnership Group gave a commitment to develop a template framework and agreement for ICBs to use for their trade union partnership forums. The template should provide a useful resource to support ICBs that do not currently have a framework and agreement in place or to assist ICBs if they choose to review their existing arrangements.
