2024 HPMA partnership award winner announced
We’re delighted to announce the winner of the 2024 HPMA Excellence in People Award for partnership working is East Cheshire NHS Foundation Trust, selected for its work with unions to support staff affected by menopause.
The result was announced at a glittering awards ceremony in Belfast on 3 October as part of the HPMA annual conference.
The winning initiative involved the staff wellbeing lead, staff side chair and other key stakeholders working together to develop key resources and establish a more positive workplace culture around menopause.
Congratulations also go to the shortlisted runners up, Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust.
